Her real name is Olivia Jane Cockburn and she attended the Gaiety school of acing in Dublin, Ireland.

Multi talented Olivia once won a pancake eating contest, she is a natural blonde although is normally seen with dark hair, Olivia is also a vegan and loves animals.

Her mother is a producer on the CNN show 60 Minutes and her father is an Irish journalist.

Olivia impressed producers and almost won the part of Vesper Lynd in Bond movie Casino Royale, she narrowly lost out to the lovely Eva Green.

She took her last name from author Oscar Wilde.

Olivia is currently happily married to Tao Ruspoli, the son of an Italian Prince.

His full name is John Christopher Depp II and his nicknames are Colonel and Mr Stench.

Johnny dropped out of school aged 15 to pursue a career as a rock musician, he was the lead singer in a number of bands including The Kids who were once the opening act for singer Iggy Pop.

His first movie role was A Nightmare On Elm Street, although a minor role Johhny had a memorable death scene, while working as a ballpoint pen salesman he met actor Nicolas Cage who suggested Depp get into acting, Depp took his advice and the rest is history.

Depp went on to have a small role in the multi Oscar winning Platoon before making his television debut in the hit show 21 Jump Street.

My favourite Depp film is The Ninth Gate, directed by Roman Polanski it's an atmospheric tale about devil worshippers and Satan himself, the music score is very good and some may say its slow moving but its a good well written dialogue driven film.

Johhny hit the bigtime and became a megastar after appearing as Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates Of The Caribbean, the film was a massive worldwide hit and spawned two sequels, a third sequel titled On Stranger Tides is being made and plans are also in place for a fifth movie.

There has been internet rumours suggesting Mr Depp will be Doctor Who in a big screen version of the television series but that seems unlikely unless one of the movies in development has a secret code name ( possible ) I think Depp would make a great Doctor Who.
