Drag Me To HellSam Raimi has always had a great eye for visuals and Drag Me To Hell has some impressive moments, i particularly enjoyed the goat scene, it’s clear that Raimi loves the horror genre. The end titles feature Lalo Schifrin’s unused score for The Exorcist, its called The Exorcist Symphony. |

Journey To The Center Of The Earth 3DFrom the very start of the movie you are treated to fantastic 3D effects as bug tentactles come out of the screen at you. Other impressive 3D effects include a phone and a penknife floating in your room as if you could almost touch them and the sails of a raft seem to be blowing right at you. |

G.I. Joe: The Rise Of CobraI sometimes wonder if they have a computer churning out these scripts on a daily basis and then some scriptwriter comes along and touches the screenplay up, so many films seem to have high concept idea’s but someone forgets that dialogue and likeable characters who you care for are needed |
The Wizard Of OzA film like this needs a superb director and Victor Fleming was in my opinion the best director alive in 1939. Fleming manages to get great performances from his cast and brings a sense of fun to the film that other lesser directors would not have achieved. |
Kung Fu PandaKung Fu Panda is released by Dreamworks animation and is a superb and funny film, if you have a capable subwoofer this film will rock your house and shake the foundations. |

Hollow ManThe Hollow Man is in many ways an updating of the old invisible man films from the 1930′s but has the added benefit of some truly wonderful CGI visual effects. |

X-Men Origins: WolverineWolverine movie review on the Blu Ray format. Although this film features many elements of the comic books it does change things and reworks many things and that may upset some purists who grew up reading the comics. |
North By NorthwestMovie review of the book edition of North By Northwest on the high definition Blu Ray format. When Alfred Hitchcock is mentioned many people will think Psycho but i do not think that is his best film, for me Spellbound is his best work. |
