Iron Man 2 is expected to be one of the biggest movies of the year and it hits cinemas soon.
In this sequel the American goverment demands Tony Stark hand over the secrets of his Iron Man suit.
A stranger called Ivan Vanko ( Mickey Rourke ) plans revenge against the Stark family for what happened in the past, Vanko has an alter ego known as Whiplash.
Samuel L Jackson is playing Nick Fury, the leader of an organization called S.H.I.E.L.D. that tries to recruit Tony Stark. Scarlett Johansson joins the cast as Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow.
There will be another shady organization called Hammer and Sam Rockwell is the leader who wishes to bring down Stark industries and Iron Man.
Gwyneth Paltrow returns as Pepper Potts, Olivia Munn plays Iron Maiden ( not the heavy metal group ) and Don Cheadle replaces Terrence Howard as James Rhodes. ( War Machine )
The director Jon Favreau has even managed to cast himself a part in the film and he will be playing a character called Hogan. The wonderful Leslie Bibb returns as reporter Christine Everhart and Stan Lee makes a cameo as usual.
I am wondering if perhaps there are too many characters in the film and perhaps it would have been wiser to have less but we'll be able to find out very soon as the film opens at the end of April in the United Kingdom and the first week of May in North America.
