Blu Ray Film Review of Avatar. On the far off world of Pandora lies a precious metal called Unobtainium, humankind has come to Pandora to mine the planets precious metal and the company is being helped by the military but the local alien inhabitants, the Na’vi, find their culture and homes under threat of extinction. The Na’vi were brilliantly designed, you felt for these people and their way of life and i was engrossed in the movie from start to finish.

Into The Blue reminded me a little of another movie, that ones from 1977 and called The Deep, this one is glossier and the bikinis are skimpier but both movies do share some things in common.

It has to be difficult for the television companies funding each show to know when to call it a day, if the show still gets a reasonable audience then do you walk away and pull the plug and disappoint many people and lose advertising revenue or should the show go on.

I think if they respect the original film of The Thing which they appear to be doing but also add something new to the mix then this could be a fantastic film for horror fans
