Monica Bellucci was born in Italy on the 30th September 1964 and her star sign is Libra.
Monica started her career in modelling before breaking into movies with the television film Briganti.
Her first english speaking film role was in Francis Ford Coppola's version of Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Miss Bellucci's role in L'appartement won her the most promising actress nomination for France's Cesar awards. She would go on to win an italian Silver ribbon award for best supporting actress in the 2003 film Ricordati di me.
Other notable film roles include Malena, Le Pacte Des Loups, Irreversible, Tears of the Sun, The Matrix Reloaded, The Brothers Grimm and Shoot 'Em Up.
Le Pacte Des Loups is also known as Brotherhood Of The Wolf and i recommend watching the subtitled directors longer cut of the film, avoid the dubbed edition even if you hate subtitles.
Monica speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish and is married to French actor Vincent Cassel
